At this session, attendees will learn how to create their own business storyboard. They will also discover the benefits of having a clear vision, mission statement, and the importance of attainable goals and objectives that exceed their customer expectations.

At the conclusion of this educational program participant:

Will be able to produce and design a business storyboard layout

Have a clearer understanding of a workable mission and vision statement

Outline the goals and objectives that fit in with their business plans

Summarize what they have done right and how they can do it better

List out small details that can help them put a Disney+ Plus to their business and customer satisfaction 

BIO

For over forty years, Richard Paul managed and operated an event and entertainment planning company. He and his professional event planning team at the Carey & Paul Group have produced/co-produced hundreds of outstanding events.

Richard and his team have assisted his clients in the planning, décor, and booking of specialty acts, national, and local entertainment. Many of his clients have worked with his company for over twenty years. At large events, Richard’s professionally trained staff is always on site assisting, managing, and/or co-managing the occasion.  

Over the past forty years, Richard’s team has studied and come to appreciate the value of putting a Disney-style “plus” on everything they offer and work to accomplish for our clients. They have discovered the importance of first impression, layout and attention to even the smallest details.

Richard and his team have worked hard to build and maintain relationships with many meeting planners, companies, festival, fair and organizations throughout Michigan.
